Cailyn began her wellness journey while dancing as a professional ballet dancer. She started practicing yoga as a means of increasing her strength and balance. After getting certified in yoga she began to expand her horizons in the fitness world and discovered barre as a great way to compliment her ballet background. In addition to teaching yoga she is now also a barre and sculpt instructor in NYC.
