I can’t really remember when it all started, but when you have an idea or goal in your mind that you can’t stop thinking about every single day, the universe opens the doors for you to get it. Hard work and constant dedication are the fundamentals of who I am today as a person and as a model. I have always been able to trust my instincts and act on them with a keen focus day by day in order to achieve each and every single one of my goals, and for that I am truly grateful to myself… it’s hard sometimes to trust. And here I am today, making my dream of becoming a model, no longer a dream but a reality.
Wellness has become a fundamental key in life for me while living in New York City, since it’s kind of easy for us to go insane in this city. Meditation and yoga really help my mental health and also allow me to be more conscious and aware of the different situations that are constantly arising.
I enjoy doing a bunch of different classes on CARAVAN, the ones that keep me more alive are Dance, Yoga and Meditation.
Dance classes keep me active, joyful and vibrating in a positive energy all day, while yoga and meditation keep me centered, balanced and also help me recognize my feelings and thoughts throughout the day. All of the CARAVAN classes are always improving my physical and mental health.
Wellness has become an essential part of my life; every morning, during the day or at night there’s always time to practice any of your favorite activities, which is truly convenient in helping you become a better version of yourself. Always setting an intention before doing any practice will motivate you and help you focus on your goals and keep you going until you reach your next goal.
